About
OUR MISSION
At Make3 Architecture | Planning | Design, we provide outstanding solutions for our clients. Based on 35 years of experience, Jim Winer and the Make3 team are committed to creating an enduring firm, whose service is built on collaboration, creativity, technical rigor, and environmental stewardship.
HISTORY
Make3 was started by Jim Winer in 2011 as an outgrowth of the firm formerly known as Menefee + Winer Architecture Planning and Design, of which he was a founding principal in 1992. Jim’s early experience includes religious, institutional, and custom residential projects as a design architect for the Atlanta firm Jova/Daniels/Busby and for the custom residential architect L. Ward Seymour.
SERVICES AND TYPE OF WORK
We provide outstanding design, creativity, and technical excellence for projects of all sizes and types. We integrate our clients’ goals with their specific context to find the right solution to their project and create a true sense of place. Our creative and stylistic range and resolution of detail, evident in our portfolio of projects, speak to how closely we work with our clients to meet their needs and to exceed their expectations. Our ability to successfully deliver a wide range of functional building types is proven, but our expertise does not lead to uniformity; each new project is a distinctive intersection of our artistry and proficiency with our clients’ needs.
DIGITAL TOOLS
Make3 employs a solution based approach to technology. Using advanced hardware, the latest Revit Modeling software, and the most current graphic presentation software, Make3 offers unparalleled client collaboration and project coordination services.
SUSTAINABILITY
Make3 offers sustainability and LEED® expertise on all of our projects. Our office at 1075 Brady Avenue is Georgia’s first LEED-NC architecture office, earning a Silver rating.
