- Renovation of existing retail space into an art gallery. The existing postmodern dryvit surfaces and cornices were demolished. The original brick upper wall was painted white. A gridded system of sand blasted anodized aluminum frame windows and aluminum panels help to establish an art and museum-like presence in an otherwise bland retail facade. vertical bars help reinforce the gallery leasehold boundaries. A large roll-up door allows the gallery to be opened up to the street during special events.
